My first time meeting Ian. I had moved out of state for a bit, and came back. I stayed loyal to Gallatin Smiles because great prior experiences. I was with a new dentist this time and he is great. I have to trust the person doing my dental work (I am a HUGE baby). He explained everything in detail, he didn’t make me feel bad, and even thanked me for coming back after being gone. When he called a wisdom tooth a “wizzy” he made himself into an actual person instead of just a dentist, so that helps tremendously. He even came to the waiting area and shook my husband’s hand. All in all, I think I made the right choice to come back home.

I had a great experience as always! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming here. I had the pleasure of having Kaeli again to do my cleaning, and she was amazing per usual!! Very sweet and gentle with her care. 10/10 recommend 💕
